Since 2005 we have sourced, evaluated and ultimately executed transactions at a combined Enterprise Valuation of circa $4billion.
Our transaction experience spans diverse sectors including Healthcare, Aged Care, Home Care, Foodservice, Pharmacy, Traffic Management, Grocery, QSR, Consumer Products, Mining Services, Oil & Gas, Employment Services and Retail with deal sizes from as little as $5m to nearly $600m. The vast majority of transactions we have been involved with are in the $50m to $250m Enterprise Value range. An overarching feature of a number of our transactions have been multi-year sector consolidations (“roll-ups”) for private equity or trade clients.
In addition to our specific transaction experience, we have had extensive strategic and operational involvement at a board level across numerous other businesses and sectors for 20+ years.
